Bravo's Favorite Protein Shake Recipe

Eliminate the bloating / enormous intestinal discomfort that comes from bovine whey by switcing TODAY to Oryx Goat Whey.
 

2 Rounded Scoops Vyotech Oryx Goat Whey Protein Powder
10 - 12 ozs. Unsweetened Soy / Almond Milk / Purified Water
2 Tbsp "PB2" Powdered Peanut Butter (or natural peanut butter of your choice)
1 Tbsp Organic Ground Flax Seed
1/2 Cup Organic Rolled Oats

** You can also add a touch of greens formula if you desire to **

In a blender combine the ingredients above. Blend at a moderate speed for 1 minute. Add crushed ice at high speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add more ice to taste for a slushier shake!

Sweeten to taste with just a touch of all-natural Stevia extract powder. Be careful with the amount you use as it is generally super-concentrated and can oversweeten your shake if you use too much!
